Shenita Arvia Pelham (pronounced Arvāy), a native of Biscoe NC, has always had a creative passion for baking. However, in the summer of 2020 her brother challenged her to put her creativity to the test by making a Fruity Pebbles inspired cheesecake. The result was so good that others started placing orders for her cheesecakes. Word quickly spread. By the end of 2020, what started out as a hobby flourished into a full fledged business, selling almost 200 cheesecakes to happy, satisfied customers.
We believe that what makes a great cheesecake is simple: quality ingredients, phenomenal taste, stunning presentation, and (call us corny) a little bit of love. Shenita’s mission is to inspire moms through her baking to pursue their passion and never give up on their dreams.
