Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cheesecake!

I've always loved Cinnamon Toast Crunch ever since I was a kid. It's the best! It tastes great any way you eat; with or without milk, and not to mention how great the cinnamon flavored milk tastes after you've finished the cereal! So I HAD to make a cheesecake out of it.





Here's the full recipe:


CRUST

  • 2 ¼ cups graham cracker crumbs

  • ½ cup salted butter (melted)

  • 3 tbsp sugar

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1/3 cup grounded cinnamon toast crunch cereal

CHEESECAKE FILLING

  • 24 ounces Cream Cheese (room temperature)

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 3 tbsp all purpose flour

  • 1 cup sour cream (room temperature)

  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup grounded cinnamon toast crunch cereal

  • 4 eggs

MARSHMALLOW CREAM

  • 4 large egg whites

  • 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar

  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
